description: Connect human-reviewed YouTube comment intelligence with CCM and worship Shorts production. Use when Codex must analyze viewer comments safely, create an approval queue, turn supported audience themes into Shorts proposals, produce Track 1 and Track 2 promotional Shorts, schedule them in FIFO order, connect the original longform and CCM playlist, prepare approved replies or pinned comments, and measure the resulting content-feedback loop without fabricating engagement or publishing unapproved actions.

# Run YouTube CCM Growth Loop

Turn real audience feedback into reviewed CCM Shorts and feed new comments back into the next content decision.

## Load the standards

Read both references before acting:

- [references/comment-growth-standard.md](references/comment-growth-standard.md) for comment modes, approval, safety, classification, drafting, and insight rules.
- [references/ccm-shorts-standard.md](references/ccm-shorts-standard.md) for source selection, rendering, metadata, playlist, Related video, FIFO scheduling, and verification.

## Run the loop

1. Collect comments and recent channel replies without inventing missing IDs or metrics.
2. Normalize, classify, deduplicate, and route risky items to human review.
3. Produce a pending approval queue for replies, hearts, pins, and content experiments.
4. Aggregate repeated viewer needs into evidence-backed themes.
5. Propose Shorts only when the theme is supported or the channel owner requests a promotional Short.
6. Require approval before converting a comment-derived proposal into production.
7. Build each approved Short from the correct longform and track boundaries.
8. Schedule one Short per day at 14:00 Asia/Seoul in publication-date FIFO order, Track 1 before Track 2.
9. Add and verify the original URL, CCM playlist, Related video, audience setting, copyright result, schedule, and Short URL.
10. After publication, prepare or publish only explicitly approved channel-owner comments, replies, hearts, and pins.
11. Measure comment themes, watch behavior, returning viewers, and qualified engagement without claiming causation.

## Preserve authorization boundaries

- Default comment work to `draft`.
- Treat content approval and comment-action approval as separate decisions.
- Never pose as a viewer, fabricate engagement, or mass-post repetitive replies.
- Never publish, heart, pin, hide, delete, report, upload, or schedule without explicit authorization for that action and destination.
- In `publish-approved`, execute only approved item IDs and report partial failures accurately.
- Keep scheduled/private-video pinned comments pending until the video becomes commentable.

## Produce the combined report

Return applicable sections in this order:

1. Executive summary
2. Comment processing counts
3. Approval and safety queues
4. Audience themes and evidence
5. Approved Shorts production queue
6. FIFO schedule with timezone
7. Upload and metadata verification
8. Pinned-comment and reply status
9. Measurement plan
10. Execution log

Separate facts, inferences, recommendations, approvals, executions, and pending work.
